Prices: Recording fee €150

1x per week property inspection €200

2x per week property inspection €150

Hourly rate €40

- Saturday evening surcharge + 35%

- Sunday surcharge + 75%

- Public holiday surcharge + 100%

All prices plus VAT - IVA

Travel costs: We charge a fee of €100 + IVA for recording the property. This will be invoiced when the order is placed.
